Priava is a user-friendly web-based application that allows venues to manage bookings, make event orders, and hire employees, equipment, and catering quickly and efficiently. Even if you are not a techie, its interface is straightforward, making it very easy to understand and manage. Priava also offers the ability to produce invoices and sales features/tools for keeping track of customer information, notes, and inquiries, which may assist businesses in staying informed. The help desk personnel goes above and above to make your experience as pleasant as possible, and they become beneficial. It is completely configurable, allowing you to build your reports, manage inventories, menus, and events. The package includes multi-user access, allowing all team members to use it.

 

One thing I particularly like about Priava is that it offers excellent customer support. While difficulties might take a long time to address, this is usually acceptable given their more extensive design staff. Their reporting has vastly improved. Their team has been accommodating in the lead-up to the event, which is why it is highly recommended and truly unforgettable. There have been a few occasions when difficulties have arisen, but they will never eliminate them, and we are generally pleased with the product. And, I do find some of the reports challenging to put up. However, this can be mastered, so altogether, it is excellent.

 

We’ve been using Priava to manage our Conference, Meeting Room, and Exhibition Venue daily (hourly) and are extremely happy with it. It has also enabled us to become paperless as a department, which is good because working with paper can be time-consuming and inconvenient.

Pros:

– The system is extremely easy to use, and it is intended to give everything you need

– You pick the modules that are suitable and good for your venue; thus it is excellent since you will only pay for what you need and desire for your place

– It’s typically simple to utilize on a daily basis.

– Priava support is fantastic at adapting reports to fit our unique venue needs, and they are extremely quick to resolve any difficulties.

 

Cons:

– Some aspects of our business have been put up in a way that isn’t instantly intuitive, but it’s not that awful

– Some reports are difficult to set up/understand.
